YuDong AI Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Infinite Token Network Technology (Shangrao) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") understands how important your personal information is to you. This Policy explains how YuDong AI (the "App") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information, and the rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. Our Principles
- Videos are not uploaded by default: rally detection, editing and export all happen on your phone. We receive a clip only when you actively select it in Settings → Data contribution, check the separate training authorization and tap submit. Other videos are not uploaded because of detection.
- Minimum necessary: we collect only the information needed to provide the service.
- You are in control: you can view and delete your data or delete your account at any time.
2. What We Collect and Why
1. Device identifier and anonymous account (necessary)
- What we collect: a device identifier randomly generated by the App (not IDFA and not a device serial number), and the nickname you set in the App.
- Why: to create an anonymous account for you and record membership benefits and weekly usage time.
2. Usage time (necessary)
- What we collect: the duration (in seconds) and start time of each imported analysis or Live Cut session. This does not include video content, images or audio.
- Why: to calculate free and membership allowances.
3. Sign-in information (when you choose to sign in)
- Sign in with Apple: the unique user identifier provided by Apple and the name you choose to share (optional). An email address you authorize Apple to share may be stored for account services and renewal reminders.
- Sign in with WeChat / Douyin (available later): the user identifier (openid / unionid), nickname and avatar provided by the relevant platform.
- Why: to sync your membership across devices.
4. Purchase information (when you buy a membership)
- What we collect: the transaction ID, product purchased, and purchase and expiry times provided by Apple. We do not receive your bank card, Apple ID password or other payment information; payment is completed by Apple.
- Why: to verify purchases, activate and restore membership benefits, and handle renewals and refunds.
5. Device permissions
The App requests the following permissions when you use the relevant features. You can decline them or turn them off in system settings at any time:
- Camera and microphone: for recording match videos with Live Cut. Recordings are stored only on your device.
- Photos: for importing match videos and saving exported videos and screenshots to Photos.
- Live Activities: for showing recording time and rally count on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Declining a permission only affects the corresponding feature and does not affect other features.
6. Data contribution (beta, no upload by default)
Data contribution in Settings is now available as a beta, but nothing is uploaded by default. We receive a clip only after you actively:
- choose one rally from an existing local recording or draft and add context before/after (at most 90 seconds and 50 MB per submission);
- review the generated checklist and confirm that the audio track and filename/location metadata have been removed;
- check the separate training authorization and manually tap submit.
The submitted content includes the video frames (audio removed), the model's original boundaries when they were saved at the time (otherwise explicitly marked unknown), the rally boundaries you actually saved and observable corrections, the context interval, app version, model name/version, frame rate, dimensions, orientation, duration, SHA-256, an anonymous sample ID, a source-group ID, the consent version and a pending-review label. We do not store the original filename or local path, but faces, court details or other identifying information may still be visible; anonymization is not guaranteed. Unedited model predictions are not treated as ground truth and are reviewed by a human before training.
You can withdraw and delete an untrained pending sample from the contribution page at any time; the server deletes the corresponding video and annotations. Models already trained on a sample cannot be reversed. Full recordings are never auto-uploaded; any future sampling supplement will ask for separate authorization. Pending-review samples are retained for 90 days by default, and the expiry deletion job is operated by the team.
7. Apple Watch and health data (when you choose to use them)
With your separate permission, the iPhone reads badminton workouts, heart rate and active energy from Apple Health to display activity records, statistics and matching recordings. Apple Watch can record badminton workouts and save them to Health and Fitness as authorized. Health data stays on your devices and in Apple Health. It is not uploaded to our servers, included in analytics, or used for advertising, marketing or profiling. Manage permissions in the Health app. Refusing or withdrawing permission affects only the related health features.
8. Anonymous usage statistics (optional)
After you consent to this Policy, we collect a random anonymous installation identifier, feature events and counts, app version and platform to improve the product. These statistics exclude account identifiers, videos, filenames, paths, health data, activity durations and intensity. Detailed events are retained for 180 days; non-identifying aggregate counts may be kept afterwards. Turn off Help improve the app in Settings to stop collection immediately, clear unsent local events and delete the anonymous installation identifier.
9. Renewal reminders (optional permission)
For renewal reminders, we may store notification permission status, an APNs token and delivery records. An email address you authorize us to receive may also be used for reminders. Notifications can be disabled in system settings. Reminders do not include videos or health data.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information;
- We do not upload your videos unless you actively submit a data-contribution clip;
- Submitted clips are used only to improve rally detection and are never sold or used for advertising;
- We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track you across apps;
- We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services to provide the relevant features. They process information under their own privacy policies:
- Apple (App Store in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple): processes payments and sign-in;
- WeChat, Douyin and Xiaohongshu (only when you actively share or use the corresponding sign-in): content you share is handled by the relevant app.
5. Storage of Information
- Location: your account, usage and purchase records, and any data-contribution clip you actively submit, are stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China.
- Retention: we retain them while you use the App. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data within 15 business days, unless laws or regulations require otherwise.
- Security: all transmission is encrypted with HTTPS, and server access is strictly permission-controlled.
6. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and change your nickname in Me, and view your membership status and weekly usage.
- Deletion: you can delete any video, original video or record in the App, and you can delete your account in Me → Account. Your account, usage and purchase records on the server will also be deleted.
- Withdrawing consent: you can turn off the relevant system permissions, sign out or delete your account. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out based on consent before the withdrawal.
- To exercise other rights or ask questions about this Policy, please contact us.
7. Additional Information for Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the following also applies in addition to the other provisions of this Policy (under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection).

2. Legal bases for processing

- Legitimate interests: measuring usage time to prevent allowance abuse and keeping the service secure;
- Consent: syncing accounts through Sign in with Apple, and each data-contribution clip you explicitly authorize. You can withdraw consent and delete untrained samples at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal; models already trained cannot be reversed.
3. Cross-border transfers
Our servers are located in the People's Republic of China. Your account, usage time, purchase records and any data-contribution clip you actively submit will be transferred to and processed in China. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for such transfers. Except for clips you actively submit, videos stay on your device and are not transferred.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can delete your account in the App (Me → Account → Delete account), or contact us at support@infinite-token.top to exercise these rights. We will reply within one month. 9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be announced in the App. Material changes (such as changes to the scope or purpose of information collection) will be highlighted in a prominent way, such as a pop-up, and we will obtain your consent again.
10. Contact Us
If you have any questions, comments or complaints about this Policy or your personal information, please contact us at support@infinite-token.top. We will reply within 15 business days.
