YuDong AI Auto-Renewal Terms

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to YuDong AI VIP or SVIP auto-renewing membership.

1. Auto-Renewing Products

YuDong AI has two membership tiers:

• VIP Rally Member: unlimited rally detection under fair use.
• SVIP Studio Member: includes all VIP benefits plus all video templates, removable end-card branding and other on-device features.

There are four auto-renewing subscriptions:

• VIP monthly: 1-month subscription period
• VIP yearly: 1-year subscription period
• SVIP monthly: 1-month subscription period
• SVIP yearly: 1-year subscription period

There is also SVIP lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.

Prices, currencies and trial periods are those displayed on the App Store purchase page. SVIP yearly may offer an introductory free trial to eligible users; the exact duration, eligibility and end date are those shown by StoreKit / the App Store. Users who already have an active subscription cannot use a free trial.

2. Charges and Renewal Rules

• Payment: after you confirm the purchase, the fee is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Auto-renewal: within 24 hours before the subscription expires, Apple automatically charges the next period's fee to your Apple ID account. After a successful charge, the membership is extended by one period.
• Renewal price: if the renewal price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and obtain your consent where required.
• Trial: if you use a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends; otherwise the price shown in the App Store is charged automatically after the trial.
• Renewal reminders: we remind you 5 days before renewal through in-app messages, push notifications and email where reachable. If push or email cannot reach you, check the renewal date and cancellation method in the App.

Upgrades, downgrades and period changes

• VIP → SVIP: this is an upgrade and takes effect immediately. Apple prorates and refunds the remaining part of the VIP subscription, and the SVIP price is charged on that day, which becomes the new renewal date.
• SVIP → VIP: this is a downgrade and takes effect on the next renewal date. You remain SVIP until then, and the VIP price is charged at the next renewal.
• VIP monthly ↔ VIP yearly, SVIP monthly ↔ SVIP yearly: this is a same-tier period change and takes effect on the next renewal date.
• Apple handles the actual effective time and proration according to subscription-group levels. The membership page shows your current plan and any pending change.
• Buying SVIP lifetime while subscribed: SVIP lifetime is a separate non-consumable product and does not automatically cancel your existing auto-renewing subscription, which will keep charging. The membership page warns you before purchase; we recommend cancelling the existing subscription in your Apple account first.

3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

To cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends; otherwise the next period's fee will still be charged:

• iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select YuDong AI → Cancel Subscription.
• You can also use the App Store: tap your avatar in the top right → Subscriptions → select YuDong AI → Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, you can still use your membership benefits for the current period. When it expires, it will not renew; your account returns to the free tier only if you have no other valid membership. Existing SVIP lifetime benefits remain active. Cancelling auto-renewal does not delete videos you have already exported; the rules for content after membership ends are described in the Terms of Service and on the membership page.

4. Fair Use

VIP and SVIP detection time is for normal personal and family use, with a uniform limit of 40 hours per week starting Monday 00:00. If the same account exceeds 40 hours of detection in a week, new detection is paused for that week and resumes the following Monday. Rallies and videos already edited are unaffected, and an active recording is never interrupted. Clubs and coaches with high usage should contact support@infinite-token.top.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are collected by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and apply to Apple. Refund decisions are made by Apple. If a refund is approved, the corresponding membership benefits will be revoked.

6. Restore Purchases

After changing phones or reinstalling the App, tap "Restore purchases" on the membership page and use the Apple ID you purchased with to restore your membership benefits.

7. Scope of SVIP Lifetime

SVIP lifetime includes all on-device SVIP features, including future on-device SVIP features. It does not include separately sold cloud storage services; those will be priced separately if offered. SVIP lifetime does not auto-renew.
